Growth Fund VI & Clover Fund I to Focus on Buyout and Growth Equity Investments in the Middle Market
LOS ANGELES, November 12, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced it advised Shamrock Capital (“Shamrock”), a Los Angeles-based investment firm, on the closing of Shamrock Capital Growth Fund VI, L.P. and Shamrock Capital Clover Fund I, L.P., collectively, “the Funds.” The Funds closed with a combined approximately $1.6 billion in capital commitments, with each Fund significantly surpassing its targeted capital commitments. The fundraise received significant interest from new and existing investors.
The Funds will focus on buyout and later-stage growth equity investments in middle market companies across Shamrock’s target sectors.
Shamrock specializes in investments in the media, entertainment, content, communication, sports, marketing and education sectors. The Funds’ new and existing investors include a diverse mix of pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
