Our team excels in all phases of class litigation, from finding creative ways to defeat collective and class certification to jury trials, and from state trial courts to the U.S. Supreme Court. We have tried, and won, one of the few wage and hour class actions. There is truly little we have not seen, which gives us the ability to predict the path of these seemingly unwieldy cases. We also have broad appellate experience with successful interlocutory appeals where class certification is granted.

We have handled more unpaid intern cases than any other firm, and while others paid out millions in settlements, our clients won their cases and set the legal standard that ended the rash of intern litigation.
