Mitigating litigation risk

Counseling. We are a resource and advisor for in-house counsel, human resources professionals and business management teams looking to develop strategies, policies, and action plans that achieve compliance and promote a productive workplace and positive culture.  Our primary goal is to enable senior management and boards to take informed, proactive and effective action, minimizing litigation risk and reducing future exposure.

Training. We provide workplace training for employees, management, and human resources professionals on a variety of key issues, including preventing discrimination and harassment and fostering respectful working environments. 

Pay Equity. We partner with the industry’s leading pay equity economists on pay equity audits and related compliance projects. Our depth of experience working on pay equity issues with leading compensation experts enables us to provide holistic solutions to our clients.
