Alex Briody is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. Alex advises U.S. and non-U.S. fund managers pursuing a wide range of strategies across a variety of industries, including venture capital, credit, real estate, buyout and fund-of-funds, on the tax aspects of forming and operating their funds. She also represents secondary fund managers in connection with the tax aspects of their business, including secondary transactions (such as restructurings and private tender offers), primary investments and co-investments.
