Coco Xiao is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in Government and English from Cornell University.
Her practice focuses on advising private investment fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation of private investment funds, regulatory compliance and day-to-day management and operations. Coco works with both emerging and established sponsors and her fundraising experience spans a wide variety of strategies such as venture and growth capital, emerging market, private credit and secondaries.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Coco interned as a Law Clerk at MassMutual and worked as an extern at Greater Boston Legal Services.
