LONDON, September 19, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced it advised funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”) on their agreement to acquire Close Brothers Asset Management (“CBAM”) from Close Brothers Group plc. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
