Esme advises private equity firms, companies and management teams on all aspects of M&A and private equity deal work. She has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has worked in both London and Dubai.

Esme works with private equity sponsors, global corporations and management teams in a range of sectors including technology, financial services and sports.
