Antony Vitanov is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.

Antony advises private equity firms, companies and management teams on all aspects of corporate finance, M&A and private equity deal work. Antony has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth investments and secondaries.

Antony works with private equity sponsors, global corporations and management teams in a range of sectors including technology and financial services.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Antony worked at another leading U.S. law firm, and prior to that, spent over two years working in the legal team of a private equity fund-of-funds, focusing on investment fund work.
