Firm Earns Top Marks in Overall Diversity and Summer Associate Categories
NEW YORK, July 2, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is proud to announce it has been named one of the top five Best Law Firms to Work For by Vault Law for 2025. The annual survey asks associates to assess their firms on a range of workplace issues related to career development, job satisfaction, and quality of life. This year’s survey was comprised of nearly 20,000 U.S. associates who were polled in the first quarter of 2024.
Proskauer was ranked as the fifth overall best law firm to work, receiving especially strong results in the Overall Diversity and Summer Associate categories.
Associates praised Proskauer for its Overall Diversity, supported by programs designed to create and engage diverse lawyers. These include diverse lawyer affinity groups, mentoring programs for junior level diverse lawyers, client partnerships and conversations with our lawyers, business professionals and community.
Proskauer’s Summer Program received top marks in all three categories measured by Vault Law: Career Development, Attorney Interactions and Social Experiences. The Firm’s summer associates participate in everything from meetings and conference calls to depositions and arbitrations. The program replicates the experience of being a lawyer at Proskauer. Summer associates work on real matters alongside some of the top lawyers in the field while building relationships with colleagues.
