NEW YORK, April 17, 2023 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised Apollo S3, Blackstone Strategic Partners and Five Arrows on their investment in health care focused private equity firm BPOC’s first-ever continuation fund. Funds affiliated with the investors co-led the transaction, valued at $425 million. The continuation fund will provide more time, and in certain cases, additional capital to allow each portfolio company to achieve its full growth potential.
The continuation fund consists of five health care services companies previously held by Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company Fund IV, L.P. and Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company Fund IV-A, L.P., 2013 vintage funds with $503 million in combined total capital commitments.
