Katie Bunce is an M&A associate and member of the Private Capital Team.
Katie advises private equity and venture capital firms, companies and management teams on all aspects of private acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, leveraged buyouts, minority and growth investments, management incentive plans, co-investments and secondary buyouts. She has experience in both domestic and international transactions across a range of sectors including financial services, technology, travel and real estate.
Katie has gained valuable experience on secondments at two private equity funds, including AnaCap, where she spent time working on European private equity and credit transactions.
Katie is a mentor for the Think Forward business mentoring programme, which helps young people prepare for work. Katie also assists on pro bono initiatives and was one of a few women selected for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program in 2023, an initiative for high performing mid-senior level lawyers that champions emerging future leaders.
