Karim advises private equity sponsors, growth capital firms, companies and management teams across the full spectrum of corporate and private equity work, including M&A, leverage buyouts, co-investments, consortium transactions, joint ventures and minority and growth capital investments.
Karim advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors, including sports, hospitality, technology and financial services.
