BOSTON, October 2, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised Heritage Holding (“Heritage Holding” or “the Company”) on the close of its first, institutionally-backed fund (“Fund I” or “the Fund”) with more than $220 million in total committed capital. The fundraise was completed in just four months and was oversubscribed with commitments from leading institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
Founded in 2015, Heritage Holding is a Boston-based private equity firm focused on partnering with small business owners and founders across the business services, healthcare, technology, telecom & IT services, industrials and special situations sectors. Since its founding, Heritage Holding has completed 25 acquisitions across eight platform investments and established itself as a leader in acquiring and growing small businesses in the services sector.
