The Proskauer Middle Eastern and North African Lawyer Affinity Group serves as a resource to support the Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) lawyers at the firm. The group provides a platform for MENA lawyers to connect with each other and share their culture across the firm, as well as develop relationships and celebrate the achievements of MENA lawyers. The group plans to organize initiatives in the following areas: 

• Supporting the inclusion of MENA lawyers at the firm through firm events
• Raising awareness of MENA issues and topics of interest
• Participating in recruiting efforts with MENA organizations at law schools and MENA candidates
• Developing and supporting relationships with MENA clients
• Connecting with non-profit organizations to provide pro bono opportunities benefiting and advocating for MENA communities
