Proskauer

Alicia Abboud is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Her practice focuses on representing U.S. and non-U.S. private investment fund sponsors and investment advisers in all aspects of their business including organizing, structuring, marketing and negotiating private investment funds, co-investment funds and managed accounts.

Alicia works with both emerging and established sponsors. She also advises clients in secondary transactions and represents U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors in their primary investments.

Alicia earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a diversity editor of the Columbia Law Review.

A member of the Proskauer Women’s Alliance Steering Committee, Alicia was selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative that champions high-performing mid-level and senior lawyers as emerging leaders.
