Proskauer

James Lacy is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. 

James advises asset managers and institutional investors across a wide variety of investment fund matters. James completed a secondment at PineBridge Investments, working in its private funds group, where he gained valuable insight into the business and legal needs of the institution and those similar to it.
  
Prior to joining Proskauer, James was a corporate associate in the Private Funds Group at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.  
  
James earned a B.A., cum laude, from Hamilton College, and a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law.
