Forrest Osgood is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. He advises asset managers and institutional investors across a wide variety of investment fund matters.
Forrest’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including buyout, growth capital, secondaries, fund-of-funds, credit and venture capital funds with respect to structuring, formation, fundraising, internal governance and regulatory compliance. In addition, he guides both emerging and established investment firm clients on key issues relating to the formation and operation of their asset management businesses.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Forrest was a corporate associate in the Private Funds Group at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
