LONDON, July 26, 2023 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised With Intelligence on the majority investment into the company by Motive Partners, a specialist private equity firm focused on financial technology.

The investment will support the company’s next phase of growth and accelerate the development of With Intelligence’s data and analytics platform and penetration of new asset classes. The transaction is expected to close in August 2023.

Founded in 1998, With Intelligence is a leading provider of data, intelligence and connectivity to the global asset management industry, with an integrated product suite of data, insights and events covering hedge funds, private credit, private equity, real estate and traditional asset management.
