Benjamin Peacock is a real estate associate and member of the Private Capital Team. He is also a member of the Private Equity Real Estate Group.
Benjamin acts for international companies, high net worth individuals, private equity firms, and landowners on commercial real estate matters. Mandates include acquisitions and lettings across a mix of asset classes, such as offices, hotels and hospitality venues and development sites.
Benjamin’s practice extends to advising on real estate aspects of M&A deals and real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers. Recent transactions have covered a range of sectors, including retail, wealth management and hospitality & leisure.
Benjamin proudly supports several charities and not-for-profits on a pro bono basis.
