October 20, 2015 (London) – International law firm Proskauer advised leading global investment firm GIC on its acquisition of Greenko Energy Group.
Greenko is a mainstream participant in the growing Indian renewable energy industry. Greenko is focused on building new utility scale wind farms and hydropower projects across India.
GIC was established in 1981 and manages Singapore's foreign reserves. The firm has well over US$100 billion in assets under management and has been investing in emerging markets for more than two decades.
