Cathy Bellhouse is an M&A associate and member of the Private Capital Team.

Cathy has a broad range of experience acting for private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, companies and management on a range of M&A and private equity deal work. This work spans share and business acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, minority investments, management incentive plans, GP arrangements and secondaries. 

Cathy has structured and negotiated a full spectrum of private equity deal types in a range of sectors and has built a particular depth of experience expertise across the technology, infrastructure/utilities and sports/retail sectors.

Cathy was one of a few women selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative for high-performing, senior-level lawyers that champions emerging leaders.
