NEW YORK, January 6, 2025 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is pleased to welcome Christine Harlow as a tax partner in its New York office, expanding the Firm’s dedicated private funds tax capability. Christine brings more than two decades of experience in advising private funds on tax law, including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds and joint ventures, with a deep expertise in credit funds.

Christine represents private fund managers in connection with the formation of private funds, ongoing operations and the tax consequences of purchasing and disposing of investments. She also advises investors with respect to the tax consequences of investing in private funds. Her practice further includes structuring and negotiating seed and strategic investments and advising private fund managers with respect to the sale of investment manager and general partner entities.

Christine earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. She joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
