NEW YORK, June 30, 2020 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it acted for the United States Golf Association (USGA) in the transfer of its media rights from FOX Sports to NBCUniversal, effectively immediately. 

NBCUniversal acquired the remainder of FOX Sports’ agreement with the USGA, which includes rights to the United States Open Championship, the United States Women’s Open Championship, the United States Senior Open Championship and various other USGA championships through 2026.  Proskauer previously represented the USGA in its original media rights agreement with FOX Sports.
