NEW YORK, November 11, 2022 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it represented Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE: CHD) in its SEC-registered offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.600% Senior Notes, due 2032. The offering is Church & Dwight’s third senior notes offering in the past 12 months, for a total of $1.4 billion.
The proceeds from the offering will be used to finance its recently completed acquisition of the Hero Mighty Patch® brand. BofA Securities, Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Truist Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the active joint book-running managers of the offering, which closed on November 2, 2022.
