April 3, 2018 (New York) – Further strengthening the Firm’s tax practice in private investment funds, international law firm Proskauer is pleased to announce that partner Jeremy Naylor has joined the Tax Department in New York.

Mr. Naylor’s practice includes advising on the tax aspects of structuring venture capital, private equity, real estate and hedge funds. He also advises U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors, governmental investors, pension trusts and other tax-exempt organizations in their investments. In the private equity context, Mr. Naylor advises clients in structuring and tax considerations in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, structuring investments and joint ventures in U.S. real estate and implementing equity compensation arrangements. An acclaimed lawyer admitted in New York and Massachusetts, Mr. Naylor writes and speaks extensively on issues related to tax laws and their impact on investment funds.
