NEW YORK, June 27, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that it advised Sona Asset Management (“Sona”) on the close of its fund, Capital Solutions II (“the Fund” or “CapSol II”). Sona, a leading European credit manager, raised $800 million to distribute across the European credit markets, surpassing its original target of $500 million.
