Kelli Moll is a partner of Proskauer's Private Funds Group and Co-Head of the Hedge Funds Practice. She also co-leads the Firm’s global credit funds initiative. Kelli’s practice particularly focuses on counseling investment advisors on the formation and ongoing operations of hedge funds, credit funds and growth equity funds.
