Proskauer

Sunghyo Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. His practice focuses on advising U.S. and international private investment fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation, structuring, internal governance and regulatory compliance, and secondary transactions.

Sunghyo earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as the co-president for the Veterans Assistance Project and staff editor of the Duke Law & Technology Review. He received his B.A. in Cinema and Media Studies from Carleton College.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Sunghyo was an associate in the investment management group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
