LONDON, February 29, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised London & Capital Group (“London & Capital”), a UK-based wealth management company and its shareholders, including Lovell Minnick Partners ("Lovell Minnick"), a US-based private equity firm investing in growth-oriented companies in financial services, on its merger with Waverton Investment Management, an independent investment management business (“Waverton”).

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory approval.

This makes the third transaction Proskauer has acted for Lovell Minnick on in the last 12 months, including the initial acquisition of London & Capital and the sale of its portfolio company Deep Pool Financial Solutions.
