BOSTON, May 18, 2020- Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced that it advised Cohere Capital Partners on its $200 million debut private equity fund.
Cohere is a Boston-based private equity firm founded last year and focused exclusively on middle market growth companies. Its debut fund closed over its target and at its hard cap. The fund focuses on founder-led tech-enabled businesses that have reached an inflection point and require financial resources and operational expertise to help them achieve their full potential.
Proskauer’s team was led by partner Howard Beber (Private Funds) and included associates Ryan Carpenter and Elise Brown, as well as partner Scott Jones (Tax) and associate Emily Cummins.
