Boston, June 8, 2020 - Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced that it advised Atlas Venture on the formation of Atlas Venture Fund XII.

The fund was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap of $400 million in commitments. Atlas Venture is a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based early stage venture capital firm that has been building and investing in innovative biotechnology startups for more than two decades. Since 2017, Atlas has raised $1 billion across three funds committed to delivering high-impact therapies to patients.
