BOSTON, December 11, 2024 – Leading international law firm Proskauer today announced that it advised Atlas Venture (“Atlas”) on the closing of its fourteenth fund, Fund XIV (or “the Fund”). Fund XIV, which was oversubscribed, raised $450 million in commitments. The Fund will allow Atlas to continue collaborating with talented entrepreneurs to found, seed, incubate and invest in new biotech startups, bringing new medicines to patients.
Atlas is a leading early-stage venture capital firm that has been building and investing in innovative biotech startups for more than three decades. Its well-established LP base comprises a marquee group of long-term institutional investors.
