BOSTON, December 22, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced that it advised Ares Management, a leading global alternative investment manager, on the final closing of Ares Senior Direct Lending Fund II (the Fund or SDL II).
With approximately $8 billion in total commitments, the Fund was significantly oversubscribed relative to its original target of $4.5 billion. Together with the recently announced final close of Ares Private Credit Solutions II (PCS II) at $5.1 billion in October 2021, Proskauer has advised Ares Management and its U.S. direct lending team with respect to aggregate commitments of over $13 billion across SDL II and PCS II.
