June 9, 2017 (LONDON) – Proskauer advised Ardian Private Debt on the refinancing of Bellrock, a Lyceum portfolio company. Bellrock supplies a range of managed facilities and property services under long-term contracts to a client-base spanning the healthcare, education, corporate and retail sectors.

Ardian Private Debt is a European leader for the financing of mid-market companies, with €3 billion managed or advised.
