CHICAGO, February 25, 2022 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that Partner Nigel Telman has been named to Savoy Magazine’s list of the Most Influential Black Lawyers of 2022. This year marks the third time Nigel has been named to the list. Comprised of “the ‘best of the best’ of Black lawyers,” the selective list includes partners from top firms and corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies. The list appears in the summer issue of Savoy Magazine and showcases “visionaries, leaders and advocates who are widely recognized for their professionalism, protection of rights and community service.”

Nigel is the Managing Partner of Proskauer’s Chicago office, leads the firm’s Labor & Employment Department in the Chicago office and is co-head of the national Employment Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. He is praised by his clients as a strategic “business savvy” boardroom counsellor who delivers “stellar results.” Nigel was included on Savoy’s 2015 and 2018 Most Influential Black Lawyers lists and has been recognized by numerous legal publications, including Chambers USA, The Legal 500 United States, and Best Lawyers.
