LONDON, September 1, 2023 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is pleased to announce that special funds counsel Lucie Rose has been named as a Next Generation Leader of Secondaries by Secondaries Investor.
The list celebrates the best and brightest individuals under 36 years old in the secondaries private equity market globally.
Lucie has played an integral role in advancing Proskauer’s position as a global leader in traditional and GP-led secondaries transactions and continuation fund formations. She has advised on the structuring and execution of complex GP-led transactions and has advised some of the most active buy-side players in the space, including Blackstone Strategic Partners and Schroders Capital.
Lucie has been intricately involved in structuring and navigating some of the most complex and innovative transactions in the industry over several years for household name clients in the asset management industry.
Recent examples of Lucie’s work include her representation of Bencis Capital Partners on the formation and closing of Bencis IV Continuation Fund, a multi-asset vehicle with multiple selling funds, and advising Schroders Capital as the lead buyer of a single-asset GP-led transaction which involved the sale of Init, a German provider of digital transformation services for the public sector, from EMERAM’s first fund, to a new continuation fund vehicle.
