This marks Jason’s second time being named to the annual list. He was previously recognized in 2021.
Jason represents sports leagues and teams, private equity firms, financial institutions, gaming companies and corporate sponsors in a variety of corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes advising on acquisitions, joint ventures, league expansions, financings, governance, naming rights agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial transactions.

Recently, Jason was one of the leaders of the Proskauer team that represented the Patrick D. Bowlen Trust in the $4.65 billion sale of the Denver Broncos to the Walton-Penner family.
Over the past several years, Jason has developed a market-leading sports betting practice and represented leagues, teams and sportsbooks in sports betting partnerships and other headline matters such as market access, sponsorship, media, data and licensing agreements. Jason has advised on numerous market-shaping sports betting deals, including FanDuel’s first-of-its-kind media and sports wagering partnership in Canada with Bell Media and the Washington Nationals’ exclusive partnership with BetMGM.
