March 16, 2018 (LOS ANGELES) – Recognized as a leader in the legal profession, Proskauer partner Bart Williams has been named a 2018 Rainmaker by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). Bart is among an elite group of 11 lawyers from across the U.S. who were selected by the MCCA for achieving success through consistent innovation and proactive business development.

Bart is one of the nation’s most sought after trial lawyers, with extensive experience in a wide array of commercial litigation as well as white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations. He serves as lead trial counsel for top companies facing the most significant litigation impacting their business.  Most recently, Bart has secured two key victories for his client Johnson & Johnson in widely publicized product liability trials relating to the company’s talc-based Baby Powder and Shower to Shower products and its alleged link to ovarian cancer.
