January 10, 2020 (New York) — Proskauer partners Timothy Mungovan and Martin Bienenstock have been named Litigators of the Week by The AmLaw Litigation Daily. In a profile about the pair’s recent victory, they discuss Puerto Rico’s economic future. The duo led a team in notching a “watershed win before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in the $125 billion Puerto Rico debt restructuring—one of the biggest and complex far-reaching cases around.”
