Suzanne Dissinger is a special tax counsel In the Tax Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Suzanne advises US and non-US institutional investors, funds of funds, pension trusts and other tax-exempt organizations, governmental investors, and family offices with respect to the tax and economic aspects of their private investment fund investments, including buyout, venture capital, credit, infrastructure, real estate, multi-strategy, and hedge fund investments. Prior to focusing her practice on investor-side representation, Suzanne spent over a decade representing private investment fund sponsors in connection with the tax aspects of the formation and operation of their funds, and has significant experience with a variety of structuring options and strategies.
