Proskauer

Steven H. Banks is a special labor relations counsel and is a member of the Labor-Management Relations and Sports Groups.

Steve represents public and private sector clients in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitration matters, and litigated matters before the National Labor Relations Board, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, and the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining.  

Prior to joining Proskauer, Steve worked in various roles at the New York City Office of Labor Relations including First Deputy Commissioner & General Counsel, and as Director of Labor Relations at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). In these roles, Steve frequently acted as first-chair and primary spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations in both the public and private sectors.
