Sean Murray is a special finance counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group.
Sean concentrates his practice on corporate finance transactions and represents a wide range of direct lenders and credit providers, including private debt funds, asset managers, BDCs, sovereign wealth funds and other investors. Sean has experience in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including asset-based and cash flow facilities; acquisition and leveraged finance facilities; first lien, second lien, unsecured and first-out/last-out unitranche facilities; debtor-in-possession financings and exit financings. Sean’s practice includes financings for acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings and other transactions across a variety of industries.
Sean received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
