Saulo de Padua is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Latin American and Finance Practice Groups.

Saulo’s practice focuses mainly on advisory, transactional and cross-border finance matters in Latin America. He has extensive experience in securities regulation, capital markets, project finance and debt restructurings, including tender offers, consent solicitations and exchange offers. He also has experience on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based lending facilities, pre-export payment facilities and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, as well as in fund formation and mergers & acquisitions.

Saulo’s clients include borrowers, lenders and agents as well as public and private companies and financial institutions.
