Oliver Temple is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.

Oliver advises fund managers on a range of matters, focusing on fundraising and fund structuring, internal governance and ongoing fund maintenance. He has experience working on carried interest and co-investment plans including implementing levered co-investment schemes.

He also advises a number of institutional investors on primary investments and secondary transactions.

Representative clients include Hg, AnaCap, EMK Capital, Northzone and GIC.

Oliver completed a legal secondment to Hg’s client services team between September 2021 and July 2022, where he assisted with a range of fundraising, fund finance and house matters.
