Mélinée Aprikian

Mélinée Aprikian is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the White Collar Defense & Investigations Group. She focuses on advising clients on anti-corruption and human rights compliance issues. Mélinée assists multinational organizations in the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose compliance programs as well as with the conduct of due diligence, performance of compliance reviews and risk assessments and internal investigations.

Mélinée previously worked as a trainee lawyer at law firms in Paris and in the legal department of an international infrastructure company, where she focused on compliance and white collar litigation matters. Prior to entering private practice, Mélinée also interned at the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she worked on business and human rights matters.

Mélinée received her B.A. from Sciences Po (France) and the University of British Columbia (Canada) where she majored in International Relations and Geography, before pursuing her master's degree at Sciences Po Law School. She is currently a tutor at the Sciences Po Law School Clinic, supporting students with projects relating to corporate social responsibility and innovation.
