Giulia Brunello is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Giulia works across a wide range of matters advising international private equity sponsors on fund formations and the ongoing maintenance of funds. Giulia represents a number of global institutional investors on their primary investments. Giulia also advises on secondary acquisition and sale of fund interests and on a range of structured secondary transactions, including GP-led restructurings.

Giulia previously undertook a secondment at a London-based investment firm focusing on capital solutions in middle market special situations.
