Proskauer

Daneyar Nusubaliyev is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Firm’s Private Funds Group. He focuses on fund formations and the structuring and execution of both traditional and complex secondary transactions, as well as representing institutional, sovereign and fund-of-fund investors in their investments in private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other investment vehicles. Prior to joining Proskauer, Daneyar was an international tax manager in the alternative investments group at a large public accounting firm based in New York.
