(NASDAQ: CONE), a premier global data center REIT, in a definitive agreement pursuant to which KKR and GIP will acquire CyrusOne in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $15 billion.
 
Morgan Stanley acted as exclusive financial advisor to CyrusOne.
