Nicholas Pellegrino is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Private Equity Real Estate Groups. He has a general corporate practice and counsels both public and private companies, including private equity sponsors, investment banks, and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, private equity co-investments, minority investments, reorganizations, and corporate governance matters. Nicholas advises clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, consumer retail & restaurants, hospitality, real estate, health care, and telecommunications.
In addition to his corporate practice, Nicholas engages in a variety of pro bono legal matters, including matters relating to cash bail and prison reform, gun control regulation and advocacy, immigrant naturalization programs, and voter registration initiatives.
Nicholas earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2016, where he was executive articles editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Charles J. Siragusa at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
