March 16, 2015 (London) - Global law firm Proskauer announced today the relocation of its London office to 110 Bishopsgate, Heron Tower, as the firm continues its UK expansion.
In London, Proskauer offers both UK and U.S. legal advice to a diverse client base, including global corporations, financial institutions and investors. The new office space will accommodate lawyers across the firm’s practices in private investment funds, mergers & acquisitions, finance, capital markets, tax, restructuring, and labor and employment.
“In recent years, we have strategically grown our presence and offering in London,” stated Thomas W. Dollinger, London office managing partner. “We have recruited some of the best talent in the UK market, and have built a team that replicates the firm’s strengths and capabilities in the U.S. We are well placed to advise clients on both domestic and cross-border mandates.”
Proskauer Chairman Joseph M. Leccese stated, “London continues to be an active market for our clients, and our expansion there has been driven by the evolution of their needs. Our London team has played an integral role in accelerating Proskauer’s international reach and core services. I am confident about our continued success in the Capital.”
The move follows several significant hires in London. Most recently, these include M&A partner Steven Davis; tax partner Robert Gaut; and restructuring partners Mark Fennessy and Hazel Miller. In addition, Maximillian Kirchner and Faisal Ramzan were promoted to partner at the end of 2014 in the firm’s capital markets and finance practices, respectively.
